Terms & Conditions for 45JL

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 45JL platform — including its website, mobile application, and all associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of 45JL, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. If you are using 45JL on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

Your continued use of 45JL following any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 45JL, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 45JL or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from 45JL or any other gambling platform for any reason related to problem gambling or fraudulent activity;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.

45JL reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 45JL. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 45JL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying 45JL immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

45JL will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 45JL accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 45JL are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). By depositing funds into your 45JL account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Instapay, and PESONet
• Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider
• 45JL does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day
• 45JL reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity

5 Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

Each game available on 45JL is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
• Game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes , as applicable to each game type.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, 45JL will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• 45JL reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical vulnerability.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of each game round.

45JL makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to any game. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect game availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

45JL may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted.

• Bonuses are credited to your account at 45JL's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time prior to acceptance by the player.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other systematic strategies constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• 45JL reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed or used in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 45JL. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 45JL platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 45JL staff, other players, or any third party through the platform's communication channels;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

45JL is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming activity during a session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 45JL platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 45JL or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 45JL's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 45JL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

45JL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 45JL account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

45JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on 45JL, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

45JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 45JL customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 45JL account or any game outcome, you must follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to 45JL customer support in writing, providing full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the incident, and the game or transaction reference number where applicable.
2. Step 2 – Internal Review: 45JL will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a full response within fourteen (14) calendar days. Complex cases may require additional time, and we will keep you informed of progress.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 45JL will not consider complaints submitted after this period.

Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results are final and binding. 45JL will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error.

14 Amendments to These Terms

45JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 45JL platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at 45jl.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
